Printed circuit board assembly – SMD + THT

Do you want reliable PCB assembly for your project? Then contact us directly.

Assembly of printed circuit boards and production of electronic assemblies

From prototype to series production – and entirely according to your specifications. We assemble printed circuit boards and manufacture electronic assemblies, automatically, manually and in accordance with standards.

Our strengths: Flexibility and on-time production of complex PCBs using single and double-sided assembly or mixed assembly with SMD and THT components. Modern manufacturing, soldering, painting and testing technologies as well as SMD assembly systems ensure careful production. By relying on quick changeovers and product changes, we can also produce small series in consistently high quality.

VARIETY OF
DESIGNS & MATERIALS

PCB assembly is carried out by experienced and trained specialists for all common designs – from BGA / μBGA to QFN and LGA through to CSP. We use all common materials such as FR4, Flex, Semiflex or aluminum core (IMS) in a wide variety of line formats and thicknesses.

MACHINABLE
SMD EQUIPMENT

Automated surface mounting (SMD) is the heart of our production. This is where we assemble and process very thin, thick and flexible PCBs, depending on customer requirements. Thanks to our high-performance automatic assembly machine and its short set-up times, we can produce medium and large series, as well as prototypes and small series, cost-effectively and flexibly – and with consistently high quality.

MANUAL
THT ASSEMBLY

We use manual through-hole assembly (THT) for series, prototypes and small series to connect larger, wired components to the conductor tracks. Depending on the requirements, various soldering techniques are used for the connectors, switches, capacitors, coils or semiconductors. Modern, adjustable manual soldering stations, stencils for high positioning accuracy and regular soldering training ensure consistent soldering quality.

Vapor phase soldering

This special automated soldering process is gentle on the components thanks to the low peak temperature of 230 °C. Due to the batch process, vapor phase soldering is somewhat slower than reflow soldering, but guarantees the highest quality. A separate temperature and process profile is created depending on the product and squeegee paste. This prevents the assembly from overheating. Vapor phase soldering also protects the environment as it does not require nitrogen.
