Considered during development “Design for Manufacturing” focuses right from the start on manufacturing assemblies reliably, cost-optimized and safely.

Fullytraceable

Product defects can be easily rectified and material damage can be attributed if the sources of defects can be quickly identified and corrected. The prerequisite for this is the traceability of all components throughout the entire process chain.

Own database ensures transparency

For series products, all product-specific data is stored in a specially developed database. In addition to all data on the components used, this also includes the production parameters, for example.

MATERIAL MANAGEMENT

Planning and controlling material movements in terms of time and space as well as quantity and quality is an essential part of our production. To ensure a cost-optimized and effective process, we rely on strategic materials management with international purchasing of parts, printed circuit boards and mechanical components.

All assemblies are subject to several mandatory visual inspections. For example, we use a stereo microscope to check the solder joints for proper soldering and correct assembly. We also check components, soldered joints and production processes using modern testing and inspection methods. These serve to ensure quality assurance and compliance with customer specifications. They enable a detailed process analysis and guarantee the release of error-free initial samples.

 Production in accordance with DIN ISO 9001 is standard for us. We also carry out life cycle tests for your product. We also support you with lifecycle service, e.g. in the selection of alternative components for product discontinuation. We offer customers with very high quality requirements the right all-round service. This includes Management of external suppliers, production, assembly, 100% product testing, storage and logistics of delivery batches.
