Control Motion Electronics consistently prevents systematic errors, returns and failed assemblies with modern technology and well thought-out, sequential and value-adding processes. Our electronics production is characterized by short throughput times and high productivity.
Considered during development “Design for Manufacturing” focuses right from the start on manufacturing assemblies reliably, cost-optimized and safely.
Fullytraceable
Product defects can be easily rectified and material damage can be attributed if the sources of defects can be quickly identified and corrected. The prerequisite for this is the traceability of all components throughout the entire process chain.
Own database ensures transparency
For series products, all product-specific data is stored in a specially developed database. In addition to all data on the components used, this also includes the production parameters, for example.

Production in accordance with DIN ISO 9001 is standard for us. We also carry out life cycle tests for your product. We also support you with lifecycle service, e.g. in the selection of alternative components for product discontinuation. We offer customers with very high quality requirements the right all-round service. This includes Management of external suppliers, production, assembly, 100% product testing, storage and logistics of delivery batches.
